05 Bonus: Authors

Authors can create and edit content in Enterprise Glossary. This includes editing and creating Entities, Custom Entities as well as Custom Templates. Templates that are delivered with connectors can be edited by authors, for example to add manual fields, remove fields that are not required, add attachments or manage connections between the entities. Authors can also edit the folder structure in the directory and maintain meanings for abbreviation.

In contrast to visitors, the available number of authors must be acquired via licensing.
