Synchronization Jobs
Synchronization Jobs use the created SAP Connections to make the supported object types available as Entities. Synchronization Jobs can be accessed by clicking Synchronization Jobs.

Create and Edit Synchronization Jobs
To create a Synchronization Job, press the Add Synchronization Job button and select the desired system type from the dropdown.

To edit a job, press the Edit button in the Actions table column.

Restrictions per Objecttype
Synchronisation jobs provide the ability to restrict synchronisation per object type by defining a white list of namespaces for parameters such as technical names. The available parameters differ per system type. To do this, you can enter namespaces in a matrix with the available object types in the rows and restriction parameters such as technical names in the columns. You can use the * asterisk as a wildcard to define namespaces, e.g. Z* to define names that begin with Z. When a restriction is defined, it means that only objects that match the restriction will be synchronised.
Restricting the SAC Synchronisation via Path
A peculiarity is the restriction of the path in SAC systems. If the synchronization of a SAC connection is to be restricted via the path, the path must be specified for public objects in all languages used. For example, Public/, Pubblico/, Öffentlich/* etc.
