SAP Connections
Connections to SAP systems can be maintained under SAP Connections.
SAP Business Warehouse Connections
Create and Edit
SAP BW Connections can be created by clicking Create SAP BW Connection and edited by pressing the Edit button in the respective column.
To maintain the connection the connection parameters have to be entered:
The SID of your SAP BW system
The domain of your Server
The Instance number
The Client number
The Function Module Prefix of the mandatory function module RFC_GET_STRING
Optionally, the SAP Router String and a Logon Group can be maintained.
Other than that, the connection has to have a Name, and to make the connection User name and Password have to be maintained.
Delete
SAP BW connections can be deleted by pressing the Delete button in the respective column.
SAP Business Objects Connections
Create and Edit
SAP BO Connections can be created by clicking Create SAP BO Connection and edited by pressing the Edit button in the respective column.
To maintain the connection you have to Name the connection, enter the RESTful URL and add the User name and Password to make the connection.
Delete
SAP BO connections can be deleted by pressing the Delete button in the respective column.
SAP Analytics Cloud Connections
Create and Edit
SAC Connections can be created by clicking Create SAC Connection and edited by pressing the Edit button in the respective column.
First, you have to Name the connection. To maintain the connection Tenant URL and Token URL have to be entered, as well as a Client ID and Secret for the login.
Additionally, the connection mapping to other systems can be read and maintained.
Delete
SAC connections can be deleted by pressing the Delete button in the respective column.
