Directory Authorizations
Settings in this tab define which folders of the directory the user can see and edit. For each folder the following options can be set:
Visible: Affects all Users but Administrators. When enabled, the selected Role grants the ability to see the Folder and the items (linked Entities etc.)that the folder contains. When disabled, the selected Role hides the Folder and its items. The user can still get Visibility Right by means of another role.
Edit: Only affects Users that are Authors. When enabled, the selected Role grants the ability to create, edit and delete items in the selected Folder. This excludes the creation, edit or delete of Folders. When disabled, Users can not create anything inside the selected Folder With the affected Role. The user can still get Edit Right by means of another role.
Folders: Only affects Users that are Authors. When enabled, the selected Role grants the ability to create, edit and delete own Folders in the selected Folder When disabled, Users can not create, edit or delete Folders inside the selected Folder With the selected Role. The user can still get Folders Right by means of another role.
